# Eko Kwiatkowscy

> Ekologiczne Gospodarstwo Rolne Zbigniew Kwiatkowski: a family-run, certified organic farm (since 2004) in Huta, gmina Czarnków, Wielkopolska, Poland, about 55-60 km north-west of Poznań. About 100 species of vegetables, herbs and fruit on ~19 ha. The family delivers boxes themselves to Poznań and surroundings, mainly the north (Oborniki, Suchy Las, Złotniki, Piątkowo, Morasko).

## Key facts
- Organic control body: AGRO BIO TEST (PL-EKO-07).
- Closed cycle: own cattle give manure and compost; legumes in crop rotation; no synthetic fertilisers or pesticides; foil tunnels and fleece only to extend the season.
- Varieties chosen for taste, freshness and nutritional value, including rarities (scorzonera, salsify, purslane, mizuna, mustard greens, heritage apples).
- Two ways to buy: a one-off box (no commitment, to test quality) or a weekly/biweekly subscription.
- Subscriber places are limited by what the land yields. When full, there is a waitlist; free places go first to households on existing routes and in neighbour groups.
- Neighbour groups ("paczka sąsiedzka"): several households share one delivery stop and split the delivery fee.
